Yesterday was the Midsummer Music Festival in Candler Park Atlanta.
It was brutally hot. Got there about 1230, left around 7. Didn’t get to see Rusted Root and Guster, but then again, I thought I was going to have some heat stroke. Regardless, took some photos, click the photo to see some more pictures.
The players (that I photo’d): Sol Junkies, Honey Island Swamp Band (New Orleans), Sonia Leigh (Atlanta) Jupiter Coyote (NC and Athens).
It was pretty funny to see the spectators move with the tree shadows toward the stage (which was oddly on asphalt when there was an enormous amount of grass everywhere, it was a park after all.
